Where funds are determined to have been obtained through prohibited conduct, they will be forfeited in their entirety. bed2222's decision in such matters is final.

8.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is classified as dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity (no login, deposit, wager, or withdrawal activity). bed2222 will notify the account holder by email prior to classifying an account as dormant. A monthly dormancy administration fee of ৳200 (or the remaining account balance, whichever is lower) may be deducted from dormant account balances following the notification period. Players wishing to reactivate a dormant account should contact support.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the bed2222 platform — including but not limited to the website design, graphics, logos, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and database structures — is the exclusive intellectual property of bed2222 or its licensed content providers. 10. Limitation of Liability

Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bed2222 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including losses arising from technical failures, data loss, or unauthorised account access due to your own negligence.

Nothing in this clause limits bed2222's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

12. Amendments to This Agreement

Your continued use of the platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
